Refund policy
REFUND
We are happy to offer a refund in case:
- A product is damaged in transit
- A wrong product is received
Please let us know about the damaged/ wrong product by writting to druzydustjewels@gmail.com along with Photo/ Video of the product, Order Number and a detailed description of the issue. This MUST be done within 48 hours of receiving the product.
We will verify and revert to your claim within 2 business days.
It is the onus of the customer to ship the product back to us in an unused condition with 3 days of receiving a confirmation email by us. The cost for shipping the product back will be borne by the customer.
Upon reciept of the damaged/wrong product, it will be inspected by our team. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging along with the invoice.
Once the claim is approved, refund will be processed within 2 business weeks. If your mode of payment was COD, store credit will be issued else refund will be processed online.

Product is NOT Applicable for a refund in the following cases:
1) Request for refund is made after 48 Hours of recieving the product.
2) It is the correct product that isnt damaged.
3) No refunds in case of minor color variations as such variations are always present in natural and imperfect stones and are beyond any ones control.
CANCELLATION
We do not have provisions for any kind of cancellations. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
